CONNECTION HELP

Connect the software you already use.

Create a broadcaster account first. Your private server URL, stream key and personalized downloadable kits are under Stream credentials in the portal.

OBS StudioCustom RTMP or SRT destination
  1. Open your KingdomEcho portal and copy the RTMP server and stream key from Stream credentials.
  2. In OBS, open Settings → Stream and choose Custom as the service.
  3. Paste the KingdomEcho server into Server and your private key into Stream Key.
  4. Under Output, use H.264 video and AAC audio. Start with 720p30 at 1.5–2.5 Mbps and 64–128 kbps audio.
  5. Set your title, description and audio-only/video mode in KingdomEcho, then select Start Streaming.

vMixCustom RTMP destination
  1. Open Stream credentials in KingdomEcho and copy your private connection details.
  2. In vMix, select the cog beside Stream, then choose Custom RTMP Server.
  3. Enter the KingdomEcho RTMP URL and stream key.
  4. Select H.264 video with AAC audio. Use the mobile-friendly 720p profile when possible.
  5. Publish your KingdomEcho program metadata before starting the vMix stream.

Streamlabs DesktopCustom streaming service
  1. Copy the RTMP URL and key from your authenticated KingdomEcho portal.
  2. Open Settings → Stream, choose Stream to custom ingest.
  3. Paste the URL and key without sharing them in screenshots.
  4. Choose your output resolution and bitrate, then configure the current program in KingdomEcho.
  5. Go live and monitor health, bitrate and viewers from the portal overview.

WirecastRTMP server output
  1. In Wirecast, open Output Settings and select RTMP Server.
  2. Copy the KingdomEcho address and stream key from your credentials page.
  3. Paste them into the Address and Stream fields.
  4. Select H.264/AAC encoding and test the connection before the event.
  5. Confirm the KingdomEcho preview and connection-health indicator before announcing the broadcast.

FFmpeg & hardware encodersRTMP/SRT advanced configuration
  1. Download the personalized FFmpeg kit from Stream credentials.
  2. Insert the issued RTMP/SRT endpoint and private stream key into the provided command pattern.
  3. Use AAC at 48–96 kbps for low-data audio or H.264/AAC for video-plus-audio.
  4. Send encoder metadata and health heartbeats through the documented authenticated endpoints.
  5. Watch the broadcaster portal for preview, connection quality, dropped frames and moderation state.
